In 1998, I was faced with the issue of never knowing where to get replacement Reverse Osmosis filters at a reasonable cost. I was challenged to find the standard 10 inch filters without having to go on a shopping walk about. Even the Big Box stores had sporadic supplies of filters!
Then came the Sticker Shock! When I found filters, I could not believe that I was getting charged $15 per cartridge! I was sick of paying $35 for two carbon blocks and one sediment filter plus some outrageous shipping and handling charges ($14.95 using 1st class shipping in an envelope) to keep my RO making clean and healthy water for my family!
When I went to the big box store (Starts with a W) I found their Chinese made cartidges would cost me upwards of $25 not including tax (not ot mention my time of having to wait for 1 of 3 cashiers on a busy Saturday!)
THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!
I was SICK about the time and money I was wasting because I could not find a reliable (and consistent) supplier. Sure they have been in business since the dark ages. What was even worse, was they were more interested in my credit card (and trying to get me to buy more unrelated stuff than needed.)
Then, I decided to fix this situation!
In 1999, I started offering replacement filters to my friends and neighbors at rates less than any of the stores, even when they had a sale. Now, I am expanding my underground store to the public, much to the shock of several larger (and well reccognized) named water treatment companies!
Funny thing is that even my plumber is getting better prices from me than his local supplier!

We use flat rate shipping via USPS Priority Mail for tow to three day shipping ($9.85 - check at www.usps.gov) for all Filter Packs in the United States (outside the US is not available as of yet - Sorry Canada and others!)
We do not collect sales tax! It is the buyers responsibility to pay any local or state taxes - this is how we can keep our cost down!
How It Works
When you see the Replacement Filter Pack or system you would like to purchase, Click on the "Buy Now" button. You will be directed to Google Checkout for Secure credit card processing. We ship each replacement pack out within 48 hours from receiving the order.
On occasions there may be a delay in shipping due to holidays and inventory on hand. You will not be billed until the order is packed and ready to ship (which occurs every day except for Sundays and Holidays.)
